Dear Resident,

 

Worried about crime in your local area or wider society? Want to help shape community safety for young people and have your voice heard in key decision-making for issues like crime prevention, community resilience and wellbeing?

 

Join Neighbourhood Watch Network's Youth Council!

 

The largest volunteer-led crime prevention charity in England and Wales are looking for 16–24-year-olds who are passionate about community activism and want to drive positive change in their communities, wider society, and Neighbourhood Watch as a whole. 

 

Key focus areas for Youth Council work include:

  • crime prevention
  • personal and community safety
  • empowering and shaping communities to be inclusive, neighbourly, and overall better places to live
  •  

    When & Where? The Youth Council meet every 2 months mainly online via Zoom, with at least one in-person meeting a year, to discuss and action youth safety projects. 

     

    What's in it for you?
